For Indian Payments

  1. No Refunds After Work Begins: Once work has started on a project, refunds are not available.
  2. Partial Refunds: If a client cancels before significant progress is made, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, with deductions for the work completed.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited via the original payment method.
  4. Non-Refundable Services: Custom designs, digital services, third-party integrations, domain/hosting fees, and consultation charges are non-refundable.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Clients are encouraged to contact support@taperoid.com before raising disputes with payment providers.

For International Payments

  1. No Refunds After Work Begins: Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Partial Refunds: For cancellations before significant progress, a partial refund may be granted, considering exchange rate fluctuations and transaction fees.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days, subject to international banking procedures.
  4. Non-Refundable Services: Services involving digital design, website development, third-party tools, plugins, domain/hosting fees, and service consultations are non-refundable.
  5. Transaction Fees: Any refund will be processed after deducting international payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs.
  6. Chargeback Policy: Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and the client may be blacklisted from future services.
